This is what my mother does for a living.
Friday the 13th…
Somehow, my luck has turned around.
-Learned new braiding technique
-Was on time to class all week
-Haven’t fought yet with the parental unit today because her sister is in town
-Raised my grades so I’m only a few percentages away from my solid 4.1GPA again
-Constant laughing with friends
-Easy classes today
-Complements on my ear piece
-A very successful fundraiser for my class club (that I ran)
-Talk with a teacher about plans for next year that have got me PUMPED!
-Not to mention the first thunderstorm in L.A. since I was tiny
And to top it off…
-Got my first compliment from a guy that I’ve been into for about eight months now
This is what I call a good day :D
